Hours of Operation

This family childcare facility operates Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 4:00PM.  Prior arrangements must be made if care is needed before 6:00 AM or after 4:00 PM (additional fees will apply).

*Childcare hours may change for short/long term due to personal health needs, family needs, etc. In the event that hours have to be changed I will provide as much notice and information as to the suspected length of the change, as I possibly can. Childcare fee’s will remain the same, unless otherwise stated.

The following paid holidays will be observed.

An additional four weeks will be taken in personal days throughout the year. These 4 weeks are paid vacations weeks/days.

 

In the event of provider illness, Lil’ Bears Childcare will close.  The first 3 provider sick days per year, if taken, will be paid provider days.

 

The provider may choose to close Lil’ Bears to attend the Maine Early Childhood Conference, usually held in October.  This is a paid professional development day.

 

In the event of a death in the provider’s immediate family, Lil’ Bears will close.  Depending on the circumstances, up to 3 days bereavement will be paid provider days.

 

Parents/guardians are responsible for finding alternate care for their children when Lil’ Bears is closed. Lil’ Bears owner, Gloria Robertson, is on-site when childcare is open.
